we are so far detached from things that happen in the world... it's unbelievable... our only link to just about everything is via the press... and how much do we trust them...

It's so easy to 'twist' a story... the parents were 'eating' in the bar just by their room, or... the drunken doctors were enjoying a boozy meal with friends, and would ocassionally check on their kids... none of us know the facts.

Lets not lose sight of the crime... some person/group snatched a child... in an ideal world you should be able to leave you front door open...but you can't because of scum.... so don't criticise the guy for not locking his door properly, he made a mistake, he's NOT the criminal !!!!!!

There was a woman in my area a few years back out shopping in a shopping center and she popped briefly into a shop, came back out and her child was gone.

The abductor had taken the child to the toilets and changed the clothes but in the mean time the shopping center went into lockdown and the child was saved.

Who was the criminal? The mother or the abductor?
