No - it's your claim about how any conflict between MIs and the rest of BS 7671 should be resolved.
And don't mislead people by stating I have taken one sentence in isolation. It is one complete standalone reg with no conditions attached so there cannot be any justification for disobeying MI's.
That must be a change in Amd 1 then, because in the Red version it is one sentence in a 2 sentence regulation.
But it's irrelevant - it just requires the same question to be reworded.
Why, if there's a conflict between that one regulation and any other one, do you claim that that one regulation has absolute priority over everything else in the book, and must be followed no matter what other contraventions doing so creates?
