Malvern Condensing Combi boiler - HELP

does anyone know how to reset/refill a Malvern Condensing Combi boiler?
have had two corgi plumbers out and they are looking for 'filling' loop.
but this model
Malvern Condensing Combi 1020 2026
doesn't seem to have one

any help greatly appreciated!!

only installed in 2005 and the plumber then was fantastic so i don't suspect it's been wrongly fitted, but he's on holidays now

My immediate question is how has it been refilled during the last four years as if its pressurised then it will have needed increasing before.

You should have the boiler manual! If not then try phoning the manufacturers quickly before they go on their holidays!

iv just had a quick look through but will let you properly read it but it should have a filler loop externally somewhere.
