I thought the EU were party to the Neo-Liberal Globalist elite: make up yer mind, old spink.
Never underestimate the power of the smokescreen.
The eu have tried too rein in the power of globalist corporations but in a globalist world with emerging nations (china, India etc etc) it's not easy given the cumbersome way they govern.
Some countries locked into the eu would I should imagine look on with a bit of envy at Britain being partially free of the eu tentacles to do their own thing.

Borris is/was the establishment, the red wall were defrauded

Blup
I agree, much in the same way I have my doubts about Farage. Think the result of referendum surprised him and wasn't to happy when he was t still on the gravy train of the eu. Bit like Soames, Hestletine Mandleson with a finger in the eu pie.

Much in the same way it would appear you see those who voted Brexit as being old.

I think of people 55 and less as being youngER than people over 55.

Not all who voted to resign from the EU six years ago were old.

But there is a definite pattern of being oldER.

More pronounced now that many Leavers have learned from experience.

Depends what you call learning from experience. I think experience told those who voted Brexit knew it wouldn't be easy and so it proved in getting it through Parliament, when it was challenged in all quarters. Speaker of the house Bercow being a notable contributor to thwart it's passage through Parliament.

John Bercow was just trying to make Boris and his (pro)rogue pals stick to the rulez.

A losing battle

With a notorious liar and rule-breaker who has no conception of honesty or decency.

Er no. we were told how easy it would be and how the EU needed us more than them.

Do we need to dig out those famous quotes, or can you remember them ?

As I said those with experience, those who lack experience would come out with what you just come out with.

Yes. We were told, and many of those that voted for Brexit, believed it and kept claiming so, remember. (you only need to go over the brexit posts at the time to see that)

Those with experience kept saying it was wrong and voted against it.

Just as you claim to believe you know what your talking about.
As has been pointed out the older generation some of who experienced life before joining the common market that went onto morph into the eu, voted Brexit.

Go back and read the posts of the brexit supporters at the time. Then we will see who is trying to move the goalposts
