Hi everyone.
Just a little help needed.
I have this junction box before my socket(only phone socket in the house)
Is the junction box classed as the master.
I'm asking because the extension that's plugged into the socket goes to the living room where my router is (no plug socket near the phone socket) is faulty and I'm loosing 5 mb from the main socket to the extension end.
Can I remove the socket in the pic and extend out of the junction box to the living room with phone cable and fit a new box .
Am I right in thinking that as long as I leave the junction box where it is and don't touch the incoming line I'm not breaking the "can't move master socket law".
Cheers
