Same with any medicine

But the covid vaccine is not the same as any other medicine. It is different to any other medicine in history, in that the entire world's population was forced / pressured / blackmailed / cajoled / enticed / seduced into to taking it.

Ever heard of Polio, Smallpox, TB vaccines, large worldwide programmes along with publicity

Your word "choosing" is pertinent. We are (or should be) a free country and therefore no reasonable person can have any objection to any other individual who chooses to be or not to be vaccinated. The problem is when we are forced to be vaccinated or excluded from essential parts of life because we are not vaccinated; this is what the "antivaxxers" are against.
You're spreading the disease. Your fetish costs everybody, when you join the grossly over-represented, unvaccinated group of victims in a hospital. A selfish parasite.

Have you been forced into having it ?

None of the Anti-vax nutters, ever have an answer to this site.

A quick duck-duck check shows that this was the same for most vaccines in history. In fact it's quite surprising that it seems things were no different (well, obviously different, but you know what I mean) a hundred or more years ago. But time shows that these vaccines have been incredibly effective with very little adverse effect and are now taken by the massive majority without question. Although you do still get a few mummies that don't vaccinate their kids against measles because of something they read on a website, written by people they know nothing about, but that's another story.

How do you balance the fact that tens of thousands may have died from covid compared to a, comparative, handful that may have suffered adversely from the vaccine?

First point - you cannot possibly prove that anybody who had the vaccine and subsequently did not die of covid did not die of covid because they had the vaccine.

Second point - ask the people who have suffered vaccine damage, and the relatives of those killed by the vaccines.

First point

The maths is quite simple.

Second point
Tragic, but a rare side effects happen with all vaccines.

The US, under republican governance, fared really badly. The red states in particular, fared really badly. Over a million dead in a modern westernised democracy. Shameful anti-vaccine morons.

Every medicine comes with a leaflet warning the consumer of its side effects. A 50p box of paracetamol has an 8 page leaflet listing 31 possible side effects. I dont hear any public outcry over its use.

Least surprising statement of the month - Andy is biased (against Covid).

He's also a nutter.

China are having a problem now

Due to there ill advised policy ?
Any way what goes around comes around ;)

There stance has also ? Or will also ounce again put other countries at risk

What do you think about those people who have bad reactions to the covid vaccines? My own sister-in-law has a heart condition and she says this has worsened since having booster #3. She is refusing to have any more covid boosters now.
Sorry to hear that. Nobody ever said it was without risk. It's just that the risk of reaction is far less than the risk of COVID infection.
