MCS Noise Calc for Air Source Heat Pump

Hi, I need to estimate the noise level for an air source heat pump and understand there is a calculator published by MCS, especially for planning standards.

Would any specialists be kind enough to give me a steer to these resources? I understand this is an Excel sheet but I've not been able to locate!
