MDPE stop cock confusion

Hi.

I am planning to replace my stop cock as it actually doesn't stop any more. I have 25mm incoming blue MDPE pipe to 22mm copper. My plan was to buy one of these.

However upon reading the instructions it states that a PE/Copper coupler should be used...

If that is the case why would they sell a stop tap that is MDPE one side and copper the other? AM I ok to use the one in the link?

You can convert the mdpe to copper first and use a standard 22mm stop tap as your diagram, you can use a 25mm EDIT to 22mm mdpe stop cock that you linked at greater expense and do the conversion at the same time. Not sure that speed fit do one, but other makes are available.
In our case I've done the converter then the stop cock, we have another stop cock outside too
