I played the song, I would do anything for Love, on U Tube and my kids where fascinated and tried to sing along.

My little boys eyes nearly popped out of his head when I said I had been a fan of Meatloaf for 32 yrs!!! at 5 he can't really comprehend how long that is but he know's its s long time, as his mums only 35!! (I'm only 44 going on 25!)

Both of them really liked Paradise by the Dashboard Light, I suppose I will have to dig out my CD and load it onto my iPod now along with there other favourites, Abba, Queen, Anastacia and Guns and Roses

Just looking through some of the hate/rage filled kennedys songs

i'd imagine jello wrote the lyrics. that particular one was meant as a piece of dark satire, like most of their lyrics. a lot of their songs are deeply political or anti establishment, something which a lot of the people listening to it probably didnt get.

they do have plenty of songs which are just purile and anti establishment for the sake of it, kids eh?

they also have arguably the best punk guitarist ever in east bay ray.

im taking a wild guess when i say punk probably isnt your bag norcy, if it was you would understand a bit better.
