After a little help , just done EICR on a board I have never come across before.
It's MEM manufacture.
Metal, 4 way, using BS3036 and white ceramic fuse holders(30A ,30A, 15A, 5A)
The front cover is hinged at left hand and clips in at right, no screw fixing.
Just a single terminal at back right of box for CPC, earth and bonding conductors and the neutral bar is behind a screw fixed ceramic cover on right of fuse holders. main switch/isolator is on the extreme left.

After BS for main switch and voltage rating, as it has no markings, if someone has experience or knowledge of this board? It will save me a little time with MEM tech advice.
Cheers

I don't know for certain but I'd imagine it'll be BS5419 250V.

If you can't get the info, then you can state this on your EICR. The most important thing to verify is the current rating, and make sure it's not overloaded.

That was the next question, mean't to put in the original post but tea was on the table.

Beware of the asbestos as well!
I know that asbestos pads are often found, within the ceramic fuse holders, but on this occasion they were not present, likely to have been removed sometime in the past.

The most important thing
is to post a photo of it!!
General rule is always to carry a camera with me, this has become much easier with this application being on mobile phones.
Providing you don't forget it after leaving it on charge overnight
