Hi,
I have a Miele condenser dryer and I’ve recently replaced the thermostat because it stopped getting hot , it now gets hot and runs a cycle perfectly , however about 10 mins into cycle it trips the electrics of the house .
I suspect an earth issue but don’t know how too troubleshoot this , I do have a multimeter. When I took the back plate off the day after it tripped the electrics I found this moisture on the inside of the backplate, is damp getting too the element causing the trip and why is this ? It does have a musty smell when running .
Thank you for any advice
