Miele G1252SC inlet / drain flashing, blown solenoid valve

I have a miele G1252SC dishwasher. The solenoid valve (part no. 90873.02) blew so I replaced it, however the inlet/drain light is now flashing constantly. All inlet filters are clean and there are no obstructions. I put some water in the dishwasher from a saucepan but it did not drain. The other solenoid valve makes a humming sound, corresponding to the light flashing. I have tried start/stop and power button reset but the problem remains.
Any ideas?
