Miele Softtronic Washing Machine W418 problem

Hi all, my washing machine will not take the fabric conditioner anymore! I have given the drawer a good clean, ran the washer with nothing in on a hot cycle and fed hot water via a funnel into the compartment – still no joy.

The blockage must be in the feed pipe from the draw to the machine itself.

Does anyone please have an exploded diagram of a Miele Softtronic W418 so I can investigate this more or any ideas please?
