There must be a lot of shared DNA in his body?

Nothing to say that he is a bad driver, just bad in err passing a test, abiding by the rules of the road, abiding by his previous convictions of being banned from the road, etc...

But if you crash into him, more than likely he will give false details, and leave you out of pocket.
