This asked why Scottish MPs could decide English domestic matters in the UK parliament while English MPs had no chance to influence Scottish domestic policy, which is decided in Holyrood.
One English Tory, Ian Liddell-Grainger, the MP for Bridgwater, expressed the views of some of his colleagues at Westminster when he railed against the £2,000 extra per head in public spending that Scotland enjoys. "I do not like the extra money going to Scotland," he said.
And he added: "If they want it, they will have to pay for it. If the Scots want more, taxes in Scotland must go up."
Is that racism, then? If so, 20% of Scots people seem to be racially prejudiced against the Scots.

and to be strictly accurate, only the voters in Gordon's constituency get the chance to vote for him (or not).
