Again spot on, all the blue neutral wires were going into connection 2 except the one from the valve, I thought it looked strange and as per your diagram I changed it.

It appears you are not alone! I have just come across a post on another DIY site with exactly the same problem!

I joined that site, gave some good, accurate, useful and relevant information not contravening any of their rules and got deleted.....think I will stick here!
