Hi

Any advice how to treat this?

I have tried the special paint, installed a inline extractor fan with no joy.

I was thinking of ripping ceiling down an putting on insulated plasterboard as in 50mm insulation with 12.5mm plasterboard, would that help?

I know up in the loft the insulation is very speratic and no more than 100mm.

Any advice appreciated

Thanks

That's your main problem then. You need the fan to run on for 10 - 15 minutes after the light goes off to ensure the maximum airflow through the bathroom. This is especially relevant in shower rooms

Ok.

The fan has old wiring circuit no natural to allow the timer, can this be sorted?
