At best they show some other issues which need addressing but can no way be associated with the OP's problem.
What you have failed to realise in your tenuous association of those items to the damp problem, is that the wall exhibits exactly the same symptoms in several isolated patches which are all the same but at distinct locations from the very sources you claim are the cause. And that does not happen. The cill won't cause damp above the cill, and the cracked render won't cause damp on the other side of the room away from the crack.
The same symptoms come from the same cause, whatever that may be, and in the OP's case the symptoms are classic condensation, and it can't be diagnosed any differently.
Where are the water strains from penetrating damp on that whole wall again?
