I'll correct that for you winston1, 'some' people may notice neck issues, our 55" tv's top edge is in line with the door frame and has been for the last 7 or 8 years and no one in our house has any issues with it, it also depends how far away your sat from it.
Bit of a bigger job. This cable runs power so technically needs a conduit. Easy to open up wall again later when we figure out exactly what we need but ultimately that will be the plan
my stud walls have t&e and data/phone/coax running in them not in conduit so technically the wall cavity is the conduit.
when i saw the first of the three pics I thought the square cutout at the bottom right of the left hand hole was for a single back box with a brush plate for the cables to exit
