You have to be quick, and have many years experience.
Which goes to prove the points I was making in post #11.
Soldering isn't for the average end-user doing a once-in-a-blue-moon fix. They're likely to bugger it up, and in the process cause a worse connection than if they'd just followed the bend-and-crimp DIY method.
Please stop suggesting soldering unless you know for sure that the end user definitely needs that level of contact security.
