I know all that, but you wrongly tried to pull me up for saying that all electrical work in a kitchen is notifiable ( and that is partly my fault as I said above, I don't classify repairing / refixing etc as electrical work ).
you did this by saying that ONLY adding sockets / switches etc in a kitchen is notifiable when clearly it's not ONLY that which is.. new circuits, CU changes and everything else that is notifiable elsewhere is also notifiable in a kitchen..
I don't see anywhere in section 1 that the relocation of a socket is not notifiable unless you bend the definition of "re-fixing or replacing" and take "replacing" to mean putting in a different position
