Viewing a house this afternoon but it only has a downstairs shower room.

Am considering moving it upstairs into one of the current bedrooms. (Bedroom 2 on floor plans)

Have attached floor plans to see if people think if it is possible and what sort of costs I am looking at to get it done by a builder.

At this stage I don't know what way the joists run. Am also concerned that the upstairs bedroom is not at the furthest outward point as tuhe kitchen and present shower room are a single storey extension out further.

Or is there a way that I could get a cloakroom or even a bathroom upstairs by still keeping 3 bedrooms (without building extension that is)

Also do not want a Sani Flo system upstairs.

Thanks in advance.

Would look to see if its possible to push waste out the back wall (over the kitchen) then across to the existing bathroom area for disposal as an option, if that's possible, then the rest would mainly be fresh water plumbing which should be doable?
