Updating my kitchen and thinking of moving my condensing boiler from my kitchen up into the loft to save some space

Has anyone done this, any pitfalls of having it in the attic? (i'm aware i need fixed loft ladder, rails, loftboards and lighting for access)

I have a boilermate if that makes any difference. From what i can see the F&E tank will need to be 250mm higher than the boiler with air vent and check valves put on the pipework. Apart from that just needs a flow, return and gas pipe routing into the attic so fairly straight forward job

You will need to route the condensate drain from the boiler in a way that will prevent it from freezing in cold weather,
