Mower deck swap when different sizes

Didn’t want to go for 19 inch as inside of deck is 20 inches this 1/2 inch clearance from end of blade to deck so I’ve ordered 18 inch.

2 coats of paint under deck & now just going to apply it’s 3rd coat on top of deck.

Ok, no problems.....it may allow for a heavy grass build up, but time will tell!
It may also interfere with getting close to the grass edge if that’s an issue.

All done & works / cuts a treat

As there is no label on the mower im unable to say what model etc it is.
Ive fitted a 18 inch blade if that helps.

I would be looking for some spare wheels.
The front just spin on the axle but the rear have a tooted gear.
It has a metal cogged gear which engages in the plastic / nylon tooth part that fits around all the internal of the wheel.
My last mower had the same metal cogged gear BUT engaged with a plastic / nylon toot part which only pushed over the center of the rear wheel.
Do this help narrow it down or are all these type the same ?

Thanks

Many machines similar to this one share identical parts, wheels and cables particularly.
The trouble is, many machines look the same - I'd guess this one is a Mountfield looking at the grass box and levelling adjustment.
Most machines come from China and are sold via Italy under GGP - Global Garden products. Your propulsion system is typical of the cheaper range.
However, you need to get some measuring and teeth counting done, together with the axle spindle diameter as to recommend a particular part could well be wrong.
Some wheels come with the toothed wheel supplied separately.
Personally i'd go for a Mountfield part, but the likes of GHS will take the time to help you - get an account and ask via e-mail.
John :)
