mr16 led lamps

anyone ried the colour changing ones?

I just got mine (postie left too well hidden)

it lights up a ok, but will it change colour, no!

Incidentaly it has 4 red4 blue 4 green leds, so it should do something (other than make me turn red)

I have emailed seller (ebay) but i was wondering has any one else tried them

Set in these spots

She likes them pointed at the ceiling when she has friends round, but she does find the 'scary' as a night light due to the constant flickering between the colours. Good way of add colour to dull areas of white :lol

novel, but mine are 12v.

problem solved.

despite what you may think, theses led lamps do not like DC, they will not colour change.

i connected them to an old trasformer and they are fantastic, i like them so much i have ordered 10 more.

and they are less than tlc

been there, done that.

but time wise it costs more, (not to mention the fitting i used)

I've got some remote controlled collingwood MR16 lamps at home.

Cost an arm and a leg. Quite sexy though.
