What makes me smile a very ironic smile, is the fact that all these religious people, be they muslim or whatever, have the gall to allow their lawyers to sue for any amount of money. I thought that if you were a devout person, monetary recompense, especially that amount, would disgust you as much as any racist/sexist/homophobic comments. After all, they are only words. Even if someone getting physically sexually, or verbally harassed, why don't they just open up their mouths and say something to that person, straight away, and not wait for 2,3,4,5, or however many months, to then complain?? The bank has responded that it doesn't have £16.5m, but as it feels as there may be a case it is prepared to offer 32,000,000,000 shares in compensation.
