He said he would regret posting that picture lol

It's the first time that my head has been seen anywhere near Freddie's body.

I can but hope that he'd find this as bladder-leakingly amusing as I do. Thanks ninebob :)

I sometimes walk around naked as I live alone. The young women next door often gives me a 'knowing look'.
joe
so you purposely parade around in front of the window so that the poor girl gets a view of your pervertedness, that's not a knowing look its look of fear.

I do that too. But the wife has said that I'm gonna have to stop it cause the daughter (nearly 2) is gonna be asking questions soon.

I do not see anything wrong with that in the slightest. Your daughter needs to know what a naked man looks like. The best way to learn this would be from her own loving father in a non-stressful and relaxed environment. Walk past her when you get out the shower, if she's there. No big deal. Let her watch you have a wee, if she wanders in. No big deal.

yes.. Im the only woman in a 4 to 1 male household...
I have never covered up but dont make a big deal either.
The boys dont just notice what mummy looks like but they notice what daddy looks like too. no big deal.

my sis has boys too and she says that all of a sudden they will just stop getting into bed with you .. or they will want her to have a nightie on before they will get into bed.
We arent there yet.
We have just got a downstairs loo and an ensuite but prior to that we had one bathroom with toilet.
Noooooo privacy!!!

If boys were in bath and I went for wee or if I was in bath and boys went for wee (or worse and all in blooming succession)there was nothing said.
If they call for mammy or daddy in the night we will be naked... nothing said.. no big deal.

However, I think it is different wandering around where you will be seen by others.

Hermes.. your kids should warn you in advance that MAYBE pals will be staying over so you can use tyour dressing gown???

Easier for me to warn my kids in advance that MAYBE I will be wandering around in the buff so their friends may like to shut their eyes whilst upstairs. :D

hermes, are you looking for everyones blessing here to walk around strangers in the nud. Nakedness in young family life is TOTALLY natural, its how kids learn. They naturally let you know when its time not to be so boring. Are you building up to strutting around when the boys bring there girlfreinds around. Me sees a plot!

Can be detrimental if you always cover up as the children may grow up thinking it's wrong to see someone naked.
I have no qualms about walking round my house in the nud.

Not in the slightest. I don't see anything wrong with it in front of the family but I have no intention of subjecting other people to it, and my comment above was entirely flippant. It's just that I was interested in how other parents percieve this.

This point of view I consider to be entirely wrong. What questions is she going to ask? "Why is Daddy different"? so you answer it in whatever way you feel comfortable with, end of story.
How much more of a balanced outlook is she going to have when she reaches her teens if she is aware of the male body and has no issues with it, rather than if it has been carefully hidden away from her as if there is something wrong with it?

(sorry Kendor, only just saw your post above.)
