narrow depth worktop

Hi, does anyone know where you can get narrow depth worktop -e.g. 1ft front to back instead of the full width?

I'm looking to do a very little job to tidy up a small area of hte house. The alternative is where to get a full width offcut for a good price to avoid loads of wastage?

Finally, how deep does window (cill) board come in? Perhaps that cuold do the job?

any good diy shop not (multi national) should be able to help. Window board comes in anything from 4" upwards. Think max might be 11"

I just got a window board from Howdens a couple of days ago (mdf) 300mmm wide, roughly 1ft..

Anywhere that sells fitted bathroom furniture will have the narrower worktops, try your local Bathstore.com

Though its probably just as cheap to get a 600mm top from one of teh sheds and cut the back off
