As well as many people who can think for themselves, carry out a valid and adequate risk assessment, and be safer "ignoring the rules" than many will be who abide by them.

Judging by what they say...usually...""fuk the covid conspiracy"" their risk assessment is neither valid nor adequate...

The ones unable to form their own assesment of the risks and are clamouring for ever tighter lockdowns so they don't need to think for themselves are probably the ones walking along in the middle of nowhere with masks on. Or driving alone, gloved and masked. Unfortunately these people are everywhere.
