OK, I just moved into an old flat and this is what I have: -
Boiler in a cupboard in the bedroom, Baxi WM 381 RS. Analogue controller next to it. There is an expansion tank above the boiler with 2 pipes, one comes out the floor into it and one from the boiler leads to it. Also a grey plastic pipe which leads outside. From the boiler there are 2 pipes, one is a larger bore than the other. Pump on one of these pipes.
In the living room I have a cupboard which houses a hot water tank and a cold water tank.
Can someone enlighten me as to what type of system this is and how it works please?
