need help with broken lock on double glazed door

If you take the door handle off can you see a make/model number on a lock somewhere, sometime it's behind the side plate.

do you mean the actual lock barrel?

there is nothing on the face plate where the handle is so I took that off and underneath that is just two screws, I cant undo one of them so im going to have to try playing with it tomorrow when its lighter.

I will post an update tomorrow for you if im looking in the right place, if not let me know.
