Hi
I have posted re this problem before and have tried to follow advice. Also searched.
Boiler runs OK for a few mins and then shuts off with the front getting too hot to touch (is that normal?). Will keep going (just) on min setting starting and stopping. Higher setting leads to permanent shutoff. Happened reasonably suddenly. Advised could be circulation problem. Have replaced pump, tried descaling boiler using DS-40, used Superfloc, tried running with both zone valves manually set to open, filled from bottom draincock using weak mains pressure to try to get rid of airlocks. Only thing is have solid floor so pipes run through ceiling creating separate cul-de-sacs downstairs which have to be drained separately. Get reasonable run off when draining so pipes not likely to be too furred up? Boiler not noisy. Pump not airlocked.
Any thoughts guys and thanks for doing this.

If the case is getting hot then it could be the combustion chamber seals, casing seal, blocked flueways, faulty flue.

But in any case the netaheat was one of the most dangerous boilers ever made according to the experts, so the only advice is get an engineer or new boiler.

Kevin either you are suffering from PMT or have forgotten to take the happy pill. To the point but most unlike you to prescribe such strong medicine.
