The water board company jobworth person is a pain, followed the building regs, the blue water pipe is 300mm away from the yellow gas pipe but they want 2m away, got to re-position it somehow:(

Brickwork plinth to the bottom render level, waiting for the 45° slope cut of the top bricks. can't wait for 8-12 weeks so I have sent the normal bricks to a company that will cut it 45° angle then coat it with sealant

Actually great question from steve there, how much did it cost to do such an amazing project!
 
So sorry for the late reply, I thought I would get a notification which I did on the old website, I'll have to check and update with this new website if I can find it!

Total cost £143, 788 minus the land which I've bought 20 yrs ago approximately £11,000. If you want me to break it down, let me know because this could've been done cheaper for a lower quality if you're on a tight budget. Bearing in mind, it's VAT free on new build which is a big bonus which is over £28000 saving!
