It has a 30 year guarantee so why will you be forking out in 30 years? It could last a lot longer.

If it has a 30 year guarantee they expect it to last at least that period or longer or don't expect to be still in business in 30 years.

Is it an insurance backed guarantee?

As previously mentioned a roof is only as good as the tradesmen involved.

Do you plan to be in the house in 30 years?

Trocal is a single ply membrane same as Sarna. Ripped a few up, not seen one last 30 years yet, but if it has an insurance backed g/tee....

Needs to have been fitted by approved installer. Fall should be 1/60 minimum.
