My DIY skills are pretty good, so I'm planning to fit a close-coupled toilet and system myself. However, the water supply to the system doesn't offer much flexibility. Do you have any ideas on how I can connect a flexible pipe to the existing connection? If that's not possible, do you have any suggestions for alternative methods? I've attached a picture for reference.

Unless the new wc allows for the same sized fitting to be used, drop the feed down from the other room and supply through the bottom of the wall so as to allow the flexi and iso valve to be fitted.

Ideally as per @blup and move further down, however you may get away with an isolation Flexi hose - not a fan myself.

Old thread. Had a few personal issues. But now I'm ready for next project. Will this work? Male to existing chrome connector and female to toilet inlet? https://amzn.eu/d/h5Zow6O
Are most connector sizes universal?

Also which compound will i need to put around thread to minimize leaks?
Thanks
