Hi
I've recently swapped out the two way switches in my dining room for one switch and one push/rotary dimmer. The light has been changed from a bulb to a 30.5W LED pendant. Everything worked as it should for a week or so then the dimmer stopped dimming. I looked on line and the most likely thing seemed to be a fault in the switch so I returned it and fitted the replacement but again after a week or so the switch has stopped dimming. If anyone has any thoughts about what I might be missing I'd be very grateful. This is how the switches and light are wired (what happens between these is slightly confusing because the wire colours are different for the two switches.

Thanks.

All seems correct, however I stopped using dimming switches when we went from tungsten to CFL, and as we went to LED dimming switches fail to give the ambiance since the colour temperature does not change. So I now use smart bulbs when I want dimming.

What brand dimmer did you buy?
And is the led pendant dimmable?

But typically best to buy a quality dimmer, and normal suggestion for is the V-Pro (also available at Toolstation and Amazon

Thanks.

The switches are all Knightsbridge and the LED pendant is officially dimmable and within the switches' power range...
