New Laptop

Hi,
Have just brought a new Laptop.I can't seem to get it to connect to our Wireless network.The laptop is just saying No Network access..
Any ideas?

What is the make and model of the laptop? Usually just a matter of finding what button enables the adapter in the machine? Is your wireless network encrypted? I suppose you're well aware that you'd have to connect to it with the passowrd for your network(if it's encrypted) through your laptop too?
