This is counter-intuitive but your company name is about how your customers would respond to it, not how you would. The amount of electricians with 'spark' or 'sparky' in their names is silly and shows they don't understand this.
Your potential customers don't know what a 'spark' is, that's trade lingo like calling a plasterer a 'spread'. If you were an electrician specialising in serving other trades, then it would make sense to use 'spark' in your name, otherwise leave it out.
If you plan to remain a local self-employed electrician, then using your personal name e.g. "John Wayn electrical LTD" as your company name is a good start given that it comes across personal and friendly. If you plan to expand and have a few sparks working under you in the future, then maybe something more generic like "Wire Installations LTD". Basically, jot down everything that comes to your mind when you think 'electrician' and pick a word that would also come up in your customers mind when they think of 'electrician' and then use that in your company name (I picked the word 'wire' in the above example).
