So, what are traditional British values? And why does he think that other parties do not have these same values already?
And how does he think a political party will change the values the electorate hold dear - or, if the electorate already follow these values, why is his party needed?

"British Values" is very vague, and is intended to appeal to different people who interpet it in different ways.

Does it mean Victorian? Churchillian? Like Mosley? or RAB Butler?

Does it mean pubs closing at 2.30 in the afternoon, and shops closed on Sundays?

Women expected to give up their jobs when they get married? Abolition of the Minimum Wage and Equal pay? Building Council Houses? Colonising Africa?

Reintroduction of British Rail and municipal double-decker buses?

Rebuilding the industrial heartland in Midlands and the North? Opening factories for Wolseys and Armstrong-Siddeleys? Bringinging back the Poll Tax? Bringing back Supertax? Abandoning drink-drive laws? Putting up the duty on wine? Jamaican bus conductors? Criminalising homosexuality? Police raids on public conveniences?

Obviously the people touting this meaningless slogan don't want to say, because there will be people who disagree with any particular policy.

Vote for Slogans! You know it makes sense!
