a few years ago my boss was charged with criminal damage for taking back a conservatory that wasnt paid for! Some people know how to work things in their favour, sometimes on the rogue cowboy sos trader programs i think, they find a fault and it really annoys them but when the builder comes to rectify they wont let him on their land?? hmmm..
