Hi all hopefully somebody can give me an idea of the fault before I get someone in.
Iqe simplicity 30 boiler
Last year the diverter motor was replaced after going crazy.
This year all if a sudden, when the hot water tap is run. Nothing happens.
No for a twist. In the parameter settings, par02 is set to 5 as it is a combination boiler. If I change it to 04 and turn the thermostat up, the boiler ignites but the radiators stay cold, I can run the hot taps and get water. Not ideal but works. When changing g the setting back to 05, the diverter motor kicks in and shuts the hot supply to the taps off. ( it changes when set to 04 aswell). So the motor and valve seem to work.
From what I can see, something is not telling the boiler the water is running and to operate the diverter.
Anyone have any ideas???
