no spark on combi

Well firstly its a ravenheat 85csi (condencing combi)

I should have found this forum BEFORE i brought it....

Anyway

the boler is a few weeks old , and has never worked right since i got it..

the symtoms

I switch it on the pump runs , the fan runs , but don't ignite.
the cycle goes on and on until switched off.

HOW CAN I LIGHT IT ?

any body help please.

yes m8 i have that option but

you mean you fitted it yourself

re-connect the electric supply but this time don't reverse the polarity.

can you elaberate on dont reverse the polarity m8 ?

he means the brown is live and the blue is neutral you may have got them mixed

as for fitting it yourself you are a very naughty boy

but at least your honest
