wanted a oracle of ravenheat combi's

The condensate trap is just a plastic box stuck to the boiler casing with velcro
there is no wires or sensors on it at all.

tested the polarity again everything ok
even reversed the polarity and the boiler kept going off and on
changed it back and it went back to origanal syptoms

any more advice (be nice)

Thats the only 2 things on the boiler that we have not changed

but

does the diverter valve control the changeover from ch/hw and visaversa ?

the pump
it seems to kick up all right and you can hear the water flowing around the system
if the pump is on speed 3 it still takes the same time to shut down if it is on 1 speed

also i am taking 1 boiler back to b***q at least i can get some cash back.

but the other is firmly fixed to the wall

this no longer just a problem its a crusade

I managed to get money back on 1 of the boilers (b&q)

but im still in the same position with the other one

so im still up for sugestion and prayer .
