No You Don't just die and thats it.......

My giddy Ant !!! I get the impression Mike from londinium must be snickering into his holy water, managing to keep this nonsense going on this long !

As we stand, we have "NO PROOF OF ANY GOD".. peer reviewed, repeatable, experimental evidence etc...

So (taking the) Michael (from Londinium) needs to come up with some evidence pretty damn quick, otherwise the doors of common sense will be closed and sealed, thus preventing further wasting of our time. It's about burden of proof, nothing more, nothing less....

Mike, best you get back onto the plumbing forum... get back to turning that water to whine !!

The universe and all within is your proof. Genesis 1:1 - 2.

Are you serious?..

can you recreate that in a lab? (no, not labrador !!)

A bit like pointing and shouting "unicorn"...

I had you down as, at least sensible Norcon!!

(although Phil Collins was an OK drummer !)

Sounds good to me.

Any ways Pred, and sombrero, your question where did God come from, who were his mummy and daddy. or further proof being demanded:-

So I will try my best to explain my concept of God.

I think, (in fact many others also believe in similar concept, as I do, so I am not alone, but I thought of it completely independently)

My curiosity, and hunger for knowledge started about 10 years ago, when I first questioned myself as to Where Did God get the raw materials to form or construct the universe from?

I had a belief in God but was very curious as to how the heck did he get all that matter required to form billions of galaxies?

I wasn't asking if God existed or not, but I assumed he did as many people also did, that God created the Universe.

But the question that was most intriguing me was that How did God find enough material to form this gigantic material from to construct the universe from?

It has been said in many religious books that before God, there was nothing else, there was no universe, and nothing else except God himself and alone.

So my Biggest question was Where did he get his raw material from?

then one day came the answer, .....blimey! its so easy, If there were no B&Q or WIckes stores up there, selling raw materials, then sure God must have created his own from something!

And what could he have created it out of when there was nothing else there apart from himself !

So then logic kicked in, and it said oh well if there was nothing else , only God himself, then everything he needed to construct the universe with, all came from within himself! sure there can't be any other explanation other than that all matter came from within God himself to form the universe.

I was quite happy with that most logical fitting answer, but it raised another question that took me perhaps 10 seconds and not months to answer,

The question was if every thing the universe is made of came from within God himself, then How did he do that? what kind of thing, or entity is God in order to be able to create so much matter from himself and How?

so the next answer came within minutes, and yes I had studied in my physics class that All Matter is composed of energy,

That really helped me solve this great mystery!

So then I concluded that sure God must be some kind of Energy, which is the only thing that can form matter from within it, and since it is invisible, hence we don't see God or none has seen God, and by the same token, we can say that since energy cannot be seen, therefore universe came from Nothing, though it is technically incorrect or illogical since Nothing can come from Nothing, but essentially it is not Nothing but it is the invisible Energy of God himself. So Pred, and Sombrero, when you admit or scientist admit that universe came from Nothing, the proof is here itself that this Nothing is something that cannot be seen!

So now I was so pleased with my own answer, call it my own concept, later on I learnt that many people shared this concept, in fact the most ancient Bhagavad Gita (BG) clearly states that God is supreme energy and master source of all energies, so that earns Hinduism 10/10. But god is not just ordinary Energy, it is supreme too, and has a personality according to BG.

Now many people or religions state clearly that God is eternal, timeless, forever, and had been there all along and did not need to have come from any where, because he was not born and did not need mummy and daddy,

This almighty supreme energy had always been there, and as per einstein's revelation, that Energy cannot be destroyed nor it can be created, fit perfectly with my concept and with Hinduism (BG) concept,

later on I looked up the Bible, and it states clearly that it is by faith that God made this universe from something that cannot be seen into something that we can see.

My friend Pred, I reached this answer painfully, I longed for this answer for well over 3 years! and I am now fully satisfied that there just cannot be any other way, if there is then let me know, it must be a logical answer that fits in with scientific views, and not fairy tails!

Now Mr Sombrero, God help you if you now cannot see God! cause I have just explained to you that God cannot be seen ****in hell Sombrero! He is Energy! ;)

No no no!!! we already have energy and matter... you need to prove that god thing.... (oh and then show that it responds to commands like 'sit' and beg'..... (oh sorry, that's "dog"...easy mistake in the face of greatness!!))

Come on Mike, you sound like a limp nob of late... boring, sad and clinging on !!

Mike desist from this charade, and walk away with the tatters of your self respect rattling around your ankles...

there IS NO GOD... not yours or any of the other 3000 or so.... "reasons not to be scared in the night" !!

God help you both, as I cannot open up your inner mind, only you have the key to that, God cannot be seen as He is invisible Energy, so you just admitted above that we already have energy and matter, of course we have, we can see matter but we cannot see energy, hence you have just committed yourself to agreeing that God is here already along with matter!

Wow, you are both heros! ;)

I could not see any energy as I was trying to peddle up a hill yesterday...

Scientists are now quite curious how to see God, they knew all along that it occupied 80 to 85% of the invisible matter, they call it dark matter, and also dark energy! You will get both get there sunshine, just keep an open mind my boy!

hey but I am so happy having discovered God for myself! :p

edited as this post may have caused a stretch! No but after editing it did not shrink back! weird!
