We do have in house training facilities, whether 5* or not depends on the trainers. Even well trained and knowlegable engineers can be brainwashed into bish-bosh-sell' ers.

the sad truth. overall the inital training, if you want to learn anything, is probably second to none. its a little lacking when you get out on the patch though.

its getting worse the more pressure they put on the engineers too. they are going to have record leavers this year too. its already started round here.
