My problem is damp ingress along a party wall. I have a pitch roof with a flat roof abutment on other side at lower level.
Surveyor won't do a 'tap test' (damage) or a water test (can't simulate rain ..? hm I bought expandable 30m hose for that) - so I feel stuck with open questions without answers
Got any ideas how I can break this cycle?
