If you had the choice of seeing either the EU or the U.K. go down the pan, which would be your choice?
The UK is already way past the u-bend, so the self inflicted 'choice' has already been made...

But it is said that the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the one...

You of course have shown by your spiv behaviour that you appear to think the opposite...

So it would be rather amusing watching you being flushed into economic oblivion (y)
You'll notice I asked Notch that question and not you.

We all know what option Ellal the racist would take!

What fanatical EU haters fail to understand is that should their wildest wet dream come true, the failure of the EU would mean the total failure of the UK regardless of the utter stupidity of brexit...

Because the loss of a small country's biggest trading bloc would mean total UK economic collapse!
But I thought we'd already lost our biggest trading block? That’s what you’ve been telling us since we left isn’t it? When do you reckon this total economic collapse is going to happen then?

Brexit has made UK less attractive to US businesses

When asked what would increase the UK’s attractiveness as an investment destination, almost 80 per cent of US companies said improving relations with the EU as among their top three priorities

Notch. If you had the choice of seeing either the EU or the U.K. go down the pan, which would be your choice
I didn’t want the UK going down the pan, that’s why I did not vote for Johnsons hard Brexit.

by the way, your question is nonsensical, if the EU collapsed it would have a devastating affect on our economy……but don’t worry it won’t happen, the EU is a global superpower on a par with America and China

Strange that you can’t wait to gleefully post links up that you consider negative to the U.K., nothing ever positive but you do the opposite with any EU articles. I can’t remember you linking to any negative EU articles but you do link to positive ones. Seems odd.

It wasn't always thus. He used to be quite anti EU, and then suddenly he had an epiphany, an EU angel appeared in front of him and pointed out the error of his ways. From that moment on he became passionate about the EU and developed a hatred for all things British.
I actually believe he joined this forum (2017) and operates from a warehouse somewhere in Russia, paid to troll UK websites with garbage.
They've probably long since stopped paying him, but he can't stop typing. Even though we've long since left the EU and will never ever re-join, he has to keep on typing.
He reminds me of one of those Jap soldiers left behind on a remote Island who still think WW2 is going on.

Yes, isnt the EU doing well.....

Greece youth unrmployment only around 50%

Spanish youth unemployment 40%, overall unemployment 16%

Italy unemployment 11%

In April, several leading Spanish economists sent a vitriolic letter to Jeroen Dijsselbloem, president of the eurozone’s group of finance ministers, accusing the EU and Spanish politicians of ‘scandalous manipulation’ of GDP figures and blaming them for generating ‘a gigantic bubble of debt …

Spain also has other current troubles, with its wealthiest region wanting independence......

Italy.......Stagnant economy for 20 years since it joined the Euro

Politics..... Austria hard right party in power

Germany......still no government formed.

The article you refer to makes a point about how strong the EU economy must be because of an 8 year high Euro v Sterling......means nothing the pound has dropped due to current Brexit uncertainty, it is not an indicator of EU economic strength.

It was a c&p of a five year old post by Notch7 saying what a pile of poo the EU is. I think tranny is right about you, you're really not very bright are you?

You do realise that your hero Johnson was a remainer before he cynically swapped sides to boost his chances at getting the premiership?

Maybe one of the reasons Notch abandoned Brexit was when he realised the sort of charlatans getting involved and using it for their own highly suspect motives. I know I did.

Unlike Filly, Notch has worked out he had been gaslighted by right wing media.

I realised I was wrong, research proved it.

Sadly people like Filly and Mottie can’t admit they are wrong.…..what’s dat saying about old dogs

We had to agree to commit to up to £200bn (may be euros) of EU bailout fund. Does anyone know if we have to start paying of just one country goes bust?

There you go Ajohn, something to feed your Googling addiction.
