Interesting point. I have eaten there once and very good it was too. It is meant to specialise in offal though the day I went (lunchtime) there was not much in evidence. Instead I shared a huge seabass which was great, but no doubt would be regarded as wimping out by the offalista.

I don't eat a great deal of liver, or kidneys, and when I do I tend to buy organic.

I eat very little meat these days but I do get rather irritated by supposed carnivores who reject the notion of consuming the chewy bits. For Christ sakes, surely it is better to use as much of the carcass as possible?
