Yes she thinks that the only "correct" address is to use someones name, their first name if it is a personal relationship and their title and surname if the relationship is on a professional level to show due respect. Quite amusing really as this in itself seem to be an old fashioned idea which was one of her original comments.
Any use of terms that seem to detnote ownership were disapproved of too, such as "my pet" or "my angel" and things like "darling" and pet names were just too twee to use, more insulting to the English language rather that the person.
