That’s interesting statistics for people on the front line as it were.
Why would somebody on the front line who is supposedly seeing thousands of deaths,someone seeing the damage Covid is doing first hand refuse treatment?

Maybe the 20% who don't appear to have taken it up are on a rest break for a few days/weeks and haven't bothered signing up yet.
When I was in engineering the rest of the guys in maintenance worked a weird shift of 12 hour days for 2 days, 12 hours nights for 2 days then some other swap around which meant every so many weeks they got 18 days off. Maybe the NHS has something similar.
